Persons may register legitimate concerns and complaints about a Tour Operator, Tour Guide, or Boat Operator with the Belize Tourism Board. Every concern will be investigated and responded to by our staff. We ask for your patience as we investigate the incident.

We commit to confidentiality with formal complaints, so persons registering the complaint may remain anonymous. The BTB needs a way to contact the person registering the complaint which can be by email, phone, regular mail, or fax.
